It was not just the Bachchan household and friends who had doubts about Amitabh's TV debut with Kaun Banega Crorepati in 2000. Critics also showed concern when the show shifted to a new channel (Sony TV) in 2010 with Big B as its host. They were proved wrong again as KBCbecame the top show across channels.
