Sony Entertainment Television instituted the CID Gallantry Awards in 2009 to honour the ourageous deeds of the common man and CID Veerta Awards 2011 Jalao Sahaas Ki Mashaal salutes the same spirit.
The event, hosted by Anoop Soni and Mona Singh, commenced with the recital of an inspiring poem by ACP Pradyuman and the CID team followed by a dance drama performed by Mouni Roy, Gurmeet Choudhary and Jai Kalra.
