Niharika Kapoor will die in ‘Bade Acche Lagte Hain’
In a series of twists and dramatic turns, the show Bade Acche Lagte Hainwill take a five-year leap, and will also lose its main vamp, Niharika, who plays Ram Kapoor’s stepmom. Niharika will soon meet a fatal accident and will be shown dead in the serial. Producer Ekta Kapoor makes sure that her serials generate good TRPs. However, of late, her popular daily soap Bade Acche Lagte Hain on Sony TV is losing it sheen on the small screen, and thus the makers have come up with different plans for the show. The romantic serial is all set to take a five-year leap and will introduce Ram Kapoor and Priya’s daughter, but Niharika’s exit wasn’t planned. Actually, Eva Grover, who plays Niharika Kapoor in the serial, is not keen to continue with the show. Post the leap, her character will be of a grandmom and she isn’t ready for the matured look. Eva confirms the news that she will not be seen in Bade Acche Lagte Hain post leap. “The role that I was playing so far was almost my age and it got good publicity. I have lost 10 kilos and I don't want to come under the grandmother category,” she tells a daily. Recently, the show grabbed headlines for an intimate bedroom scene between the lead couple Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar, but that too couldn’t improve ratings for the soap.
